Annual preventive maintenance visit
Preventive Maintenance is critical to ensure that your equipment is maintained at the maximum level of efficiency and functionality. Socomec’s preventive maintenance program is designed to account for the equipment operating environment (usage, temperature, humidity, dust, etc..) while ensuring that uptime and equipment life is maximized.
Our well crafted maintenance programs align with your overall electrical maintenance strategy and ensure that your program meets NFPA 70B standards. Our program will ensure compliance, reliability, and will control total cost of ownership.
Original spare parts
The components of each equipment are designed to operate reliably during the product’s normal lifecycle, in the electrical environments and environmental conditions stated in the installation and operating manual.
To reduce the impact of ageing on your system, which could affect the efficiency and availability of the installation, it is vital to carry out the regular preventive replacement of parts subject to wear and tear such as fans and capacitors for UPS, and fans for STS, COSYS and MEDSYS products.
Socomec spare parts and consumables ensure that your equipment retains the rated specifications and provide the highest quality and uptime possible to maintain and extend the life of your equipment.
Battery Check during standard preventive maintenance visit
Battery Check during preventive maintenance visit is the first level of care for batteries which should be carried out on a regular basis to keep the equipment operating at optimum levels and to avoid system downtime with the associated risks of damage to the critical loads.
How does the Battery Check work?
The Battery Check is a service included in the standard preventive maintenance visit and is performed by qualified Socomec engineers. During the visit, they will perform tasks designed to check the environment and the main battery parameters at string level only.
A technical report will be issued with general information related to the battery system’s health.
