Eligibility and Requirements
To keep any extended Warranty & Maintenance coverage valid, the system must meet the following requirements:
- Always-on internet connection for monitoring, remote diagnostics, and software updates.
- Continuous remote data access so Socomec can retrieve battery and system performance data at any time.
- Data hosting: critical battery data is securely stored on Socomec’s cloud for validation. If the customer self-hosts, they assume responsibility for integrity and accessibility data loss or restricted access may void extended coverage and related performance commitments.
