SUNSYS HES L is a modular outdoor energy storage system designed for both on-grid and off-grid applications. It is available in a variety of configurations, to provide the ideal system size for a range of project requirements.
It supports dedicated applications including optimization of photovoltaic self-consumption, peak-shaving, backup power, and EV charging infrastructure.
SUNSYS HES L combines the economic returns of on-grid operation with the security of a microgrid when the grid may fail.

The B-Cab L (Battery Cabinet) uses liquidcooled thermal management, with an integrated fire safety system, and meets the requirements of the latest international fire code.
The complete system is certified to the latest UL9540, the safety standard for energy storage systems in both the Canada and the USA.

Based on 2 standard cabinets, SUNSYS HES L enables more than 30 U certified configurations, providing ideal sizing for a variety of projects. Standard configurations simplify the design, quotation, installation and commissioning of your projects.
Fast and safe installation
SUNSYS HES L is supplied with all internal energy modules pre-assembled and plug-and-play power modules to guarantee maximum quality, the optimisation of installation time and ease of transport. It includes all cables and hardware to connect the batteries (B-Cab) and the PCS (C-Cab) including cable kits for DC power, auxiliary power and communication connections.
Combines the best technologies
Thanks to a co-design between CATL and Socomec, you can be assured of compatibility between products, and that the complete system has been validated and certified. The PCS (C-Cab) has been designed to include everything required for battery operation, including the management system as well as the power supply.
Enhanced Control, Faster Deployment, Safer Operation
EC‑Cab brings integrated control to SUNSYS HES BESS with a standardized, pre‑engineered architecture. By replacing custom control builds, EC‑Cab significantly reduces engineering & procurement efforts, costs, and lead times. EC‑Cab is EMS‑ready and supports EMS‑agnostic connectivity, enabling seamless monitoring and control with third‑party platforms.
