Function

The K-15EV, designed for Level 3 DC fast charging stations (DCFC), continuously monitors the insulation resistance between live conductors and earth in electric vehicle charging installations. It detects both symmetrical and asymmetrical insulation faults, issuing alerts when the insulation resistance drops below a defined threshold. Used in fast charging stations, the K-15EV ensures that the first insulation fault does not result in a service interruption.

Modbus Communication

In addition to the two relays (Alarm and Fault), the K-15EV features Modbus communication, allowing remote visualization of the insulation level, enabling/disabling the K-15EV, and many other functions.

The K-15EV interface is intuitive and user-friendly. The three LEDs on the front panel make it easy to monitor the product’s status at a glance.
