A State-of-the-Art Training Facility
Located in Crystal Lake, IL (Chicago area) at the Socomec/Boltswitch facility, this center is designed to provide hands-on, real-world training for our technicians, service partners, distributors, and customers. The facility features a spacious meeting room for theoretical instruction and a dedicated hands-on training area with real equipment to simulate real-world scenarios.
Technicians who visit the training center have the option to practice on a variety of Socomec equipment such as the STATYS, MODULYS GP 2.0, MASTERYS BC+ 208V (10kVA & 40kVA), and a 45kVA Transformer for ESCO trainings, with the Powersmiths PDU coming soon and more equipment to be added in the future!
Kicking Off with a Successful First Session
The inaugural training session welcomed eight technicians—four from the West Coast and four from the East Coast—who benefited from expert instruction by our after-sales technical expert, who traveled from our HQ in France to lead the session. The first training session was a big success, with the group being highly engaged and eager to advance their knowledge and expertise.
A special thank you to the Boltswitch team for their invaluable support in building the training center and ensuring a seamless launch. This training center, however, is just the beginning. As demand for advanced service expertise grows, we are committed to expanding our training programs to upskill our team and strengthen the Socomec Network’s ability to support our customers.
